Get Taylor Lautner's Abs

"Twilight" fans know there's one thing that steals the show when hottie Taylor Lautner's on screen -- his super ripped abs. Though the 19-year-old has a martial arts background and has always been in pretty good shape, his trainer Jordan Yuam explains that Taylor had to hit the gym to get the signature six-pack he sports in the popular film franchise. Five Key Moves to Taylor's Ripped Abs (check out the video above for detailed instructions):
1. Leg raises -- 12 reps, 2 sets each
2. Diagonal isometrics -- 3 reps per side, 8 seconds each
3. Breathing exercise 1 -- Inhale for 5 seconds and slowly exhale, 3 reps
4. Breathing exercise 2 -- While taking quick breaths, tighten, inhale, and exhale, 12 reps
5. Ball crunches -- 17 reps
