Selena Gomez's publicist says the 18-year-old actress has been hospitalized in Los Angeles after falling ill.
People.com said the "Monte Carlo" and "Wizards of Waverly Place" star complained of nausea and a severe headache after taping an appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" Thursday night.
"Last night after Selena's appearance on 'The Tonight Show,' she wasn't feeling well and was taken to the hospital," her representative told People.com.
"She is currently undergoing routine tests."
The singer and actress was suffering from nausea and a severe headache, her spokesperson told the MailOnline.
She was taken to a hospital in the Los Angeles area from the studio to undergo tests.
Her reprentative said: "Last night after Selena's appearance on The Tonight Show she wasn't feeling well and was taken to the hospital. She is currently undergoing routine tests."
The Mirror reports an NBC insider as saying: "We haven't heard what was wrong, she just suddenly came over unwell so she was taken to hospital.
"She has been working very hard recently and doing incredibly long days. She may be suffering exhaustion."
